Starting the service

Using your Microsoft 365 administrator account, you allow our component to back up data from selected applications in your M365 environment. The entire setup will take no more than 5 minutes.

Running the initial backup

All selected applications will create their first backup and then regular backups will occur. The duration of the initial backup depends on the size of the environment. Usually, all data is backed up within a few hours.

You renew as needed

If needed, an administrator can restore a deleted email, a misedited spreadsheet, or a SharePoint document in just a few clicks. You can run an on-demand backup at any time.
